Run run run

I have finally started training for ‘Run for the Kids 2008′ coming up this Easter. I entered the 15km run and man am I nervous about it. But progress is actually rather satisfying up to date! Thursday’s run was paced very well compared to Wednesday’s; managed 4km in 32 minutes.
Slow I know.. but I’ll get there.
Pushed to 6.3km today but that was completed in about 47 minutes – disappointing. Discovered a new problem though, right knee’s alright but oh my goodness my ankle joints are stuffed.
